My own health journey is what brought me to this work — and it shapes how I show up for every client I work with.

I understand what it's like to be unwell in a way that conventional medicine can't fully explain. That experience, combined with over a decade across pharmacy and naturopathic practice, is what drives the way I approach complex health.
